Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of applications and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Seisho Tech Co., Ltd. ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. The Service is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use the Service. If you are a parent/guardian and believe your child has used the Service, contact us.
2. License and Acceptable Use
2.1 License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control.
2.2 Restrictions
You agree not to, and not to assist others to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or reverse engineer any part of the Service (except where prohibited by law).
- Circumvent security features, access the Service via unauthorized means, or interfere with servers/networks.
- Use cheats, automation, bots, scripts, exploits, or any unauthorized third-party software.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or otherwise violate the rights of others.
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
3. Gameplay, Features, and Updates
We may add, modify, or remove features, content, or functionality, and we may update the Service automatically. Gameplay elements (including balancing, items, odds, rules, or progression) may change over time.
4. Virtual Items, In-App Purchases, and Subscriptions
4.1 Virtual Items
The Service may include virtual currency, virtual items, or unlocks ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items:
- Have no real-world value and are not property.
- Are licensed to you, not sold, and cannot be transferred outside the Service unless we explicitly allow it.
- May be modified, rebalanced, or removed as part of updates.
4.2 In-App Purchases
Purchases are processed by the applicable app store platform (e.g., Apple App Store / Google Play). You agree to comply with the platform's payment terms. We do not store full payment card details.
4.3 Refunds
Refunds are handled according to the rules of the platform where you purchased the item (Apple/Google). We cannot issue refunds directly for platform-processed purchases unless required by law.
5. Ads
The Service may display advertisements. Ads may be targeted based on device identifiers or other information as described in the Privacy Policy. You may have choices via device settings (e.g., limiting ad tracking).
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all content, visuals, code, audio, design, and trademarks, is owned by Developer or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive only the license expressly granted in these Terms.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., app store platforms, analytics, crash reporting, ad networks, social or game services). Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the extent permitted by law, Developer's total liability for all claims related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $10, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Developer harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
12. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be brought in the courts located in Japan, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice within the Service or via the app store listing where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
